    2. Tough Mudder Event at Road America (all-day) @ Elkhart Lake Road America
      Sep 6 – Sep 7

      One of the most intense endurance challenges is coming to Road America September 6 & 7, 2014. Tough Mudder, a 10- to 12-mile obstacle course challenge that involves diving into ice-cold water, crawling through mud and running through bursts of fire, will make a stop in Sheboygan County.

    1. VSCDA Elkhart Lake Vintage Festival at Road America (all-day) @ Elkhart Lake's Road America

      Gorgeous cars showcase racing history against the beautiful fall colors at America’s National Park of Speed! The weekend regularly attracts nearly 300 vintage and historic racecars to run over the three-day event including a field of pre-war models. The fan-friendly paddock is open all weekend to spectators for close-up views of amazing racing machines. On Saturday, fans can watch a historic road course reenactment tour, which will leave Road America and follow a route almost identical to the street course in the early 1950s.
